Sales Policies

Items purchased from Drama Club via our website are eligible for refund to the original method of payment provided approval is confirmed in advance and the general policy is abided by. If you wish to make a return, simply email contact@dramaclub.us with details.

Returns of full-priced merchandise in original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by sales receipt may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange, store credit, or refund. Price adjustments may be granted within seven days only for items purchased at full price, provided the same size and color remains in stock. All electronics' warranties are maintained by respective manufacturers and under their described terms. Drama Club does not service electronics.

Discounted, opened, or worn merchandise, and all pens, notebooks, fragrances, toys, swimwear, and intimate clothing may never be returned or exchanged.

After 14 days, merchandise may never be returned or exchanged.

No merchandise will be accepted for return, exchange or refund without written authorization received from our team via contact@dramaclub.us.

SHIPPING POLICY

Drama Club only ships within the United States, Canada and Western Europe and does not refund shipping or pay for return shipping. 

Domestic shipping will be completed via FedEx Ground service. Items purchased will be shipped the next business day.

International shipping will be completed via USPS. Unfortunately, no tracking information is able to be provided. The customer will be responsible for paying all due import duties.

International sales may not be returned.
